<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set a jig part and a work arranged therein in an accurate position in a short time by fitting a fitting means for the jig part formed in an opposite position of a positioning means to the positioning means arranged in a prescribed position in a reference board. SOLUTION: A frame 20 and a jig (a jig part) are moved in a prescribed position by a wheel 22 to be raised and mounted on a reference board 10, and reference pins 11a, 11b as positioning means provided in the upper face of the reference board 10 are fitted in fitting holes 25a provided in left/right long boards 25 under the base mount 21 so as to implement a set-up change. An input means of the jig part is connected to a discriminating means of the reference board 10 by the mounting of the jig part so that the discriminating means discriminates a type of the jig part and this discrimination information is transmitted to a CPU, etc., of an automatic processing machine such as a welding robot. The automatic processing machine processes, for example, welds a work arranged in the jig 30 based on the discrimination information.</p> |
