PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a multi-purpose electric energy/flowmeter which does not need a wide mounting space, reduces cost, and is capable of computing and measuring the electric energy of a plurality of circuits and the quantity of fluid through the plurality of circuits simultaneously in time sequence. SOLUTION: This meter comprises an electric energy measuring means 3 to compute electric energy from voltage and current, a fluid quantity detecting means 5 to convert the quantity of fluid into the number of pulses, a pulse integrating means 17 to integrate the number of pulses, an electric energy integrating means 15 to integrate the electric energy, and a timing control means 16 to transmit a same-time signal to the pulse integrating means 17 and electric energy integrating means 15. It is possible to reduce the size of a mounting space and cost by the constitution of a plurality of detecting means, circuit switching means, measuring means, and computing means.
