<p>The invention relates to a method for accumulating heat in a container (1), comprising the following steps: storing the heat in a first fluid (2a, 2b) at its vapour pressure, especially water, in a sealed container (1); transferring the heat by condensing (3) the vapour phase (2b) of said fluid on the external surface (4a) of an exchanger (4) which is situated in the vapour phase (2b) of the first fluid; and supplying heat to the container using a heat source (5), especially a heating resistor (5a) or a burner.</p> |
