PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display and a portable information processor capable of precisely performing operations such as a pointing operation and scroll by a cursor without making a mistake in selection and enhancing operability as well even in small information equipment. SOLUTION: This display/processor is provided with a display means to display a display picture at least including a time axis to be formed along the first direction on a display screen. It is provided with an operating means to at least physically transfer the time axis in the first direction. It is provided with a control means so display and control the display screen, based on operation input of the operating means. The operating means is provided with a rotation operating means including a rotation axis to extend to the second direction to be crossed with the first direction. The rotation operating means is formed so that the time axis is physically transferred by second physical quantity corresponding to first physical quantity when its rotating operation is performed by the first physical quantity.
