PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for obtaining a multilayered thermoplastic resin mold object excellent in appearance and touch, capable of suppressing the generation of a wavy appearance flaw on the surface of a product. SOLUTION: A multilayerd thermoplastic resin sheet 3A, wherein first and second surface layers 1, 2 are laminated, is prepared at first and thermally molded subsequently using a mold 5. The surface of the mold 5, which comes into contact with a part becoming a molding development ratio satisfying R>=7×(t1/t2) in the relation between a ratio of the thickness (t1) before molding of the first layer 1 and the thickness (t2) before molding of the second surface layer 2 and the surface draw ratio(R) of the multilayerd thermoplastic resin, is set as an elastically deformable material/structure part 4. |
