<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for supporting job offer and job hunting, with which the propriety of a job hunter can be judged and labor or time can be reduced. SOLUTION: A job offer supporting system 5 is provided with an examining means 51 for examining the propriety of the job hunter, a job hunter database 52 for recording the examined result data of this examining means 51 and a job hunter list preparing means 53 for preparing a job hunter list 200 recording the job hunters on specified conditions by retrieving this job hunter database 52. Plural job hunters receive propriety examinations such as SPI and these examined results are respectively recorded on the database. The list of job hunters suited to specified conditions such as good result in the study of English or ability in logical thinking is prepared from the job hunter database. In the case of selection, a person in charge of personnel affaire in an enterprise to perform a job offer refers to the job hunter list.</p> |
