PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve grounding characteristics of a cable connector. SOLUTION: A housing stores a flexible clip which consists of a conductive material. Either by connecting electrically with the clip between a grounding layer of a circuit board and a shield of the housing, the shield of the housing is connected electrically to the grounding layer of a circuit board, or, by connecting the cable connector to a corresponding counterpart, it connects to the partner's earth layer. |
