<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide an air filter apparatus of an air conditioner capable of safely demounting an air filter 8 without using a chair and a stepladder. SOLUTION: An air conditioner is provided, in which a body 1 is provided, in which body 1 a heat exchanger 6 and an air fan 7 are provided, and a suction grill 40 is disposed in the body 1, and further an air filter 8 is mounted in a space of the heat exchanger 6 and the suction grill 40 or on the back surface of the suction grill 40 for moving dust in the air. In the air conditioner, the suction grill 40 includes a pair of grill holding arm 50 disposed on left and right both sides thereof and supports the same rotatably, and a socket section 40h is disposed for opening and closing, and an engagement/disengagement rod 13 is provided and is employed for opening and closing the suction grill 40.</p> |
