PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for supporting action which supports user's action who accomplishes the work. SOLUTION: In this system constituted to support the user's action who accomplished the work by storing a history information on the contents of questions and their answers and showing the corresponding history information to the user, when a request for answering to a new question from the user is received, the corresponding history information about the user's work which is made for the request for answering to question from the user and the other users is prepared and they are displayed on a screen to which an answerer who answers to the new question, refers. And, when the request for answering to a new question from the user is received, the corresponding history information about the user's work which is made for the request for answering to question from the user and the other users is prepared and they are displayed on a screen to which the user who has issued a new question, refers. |
