PURPOSE:To provide a manufacture of a hollow structural body which is light weight and has large strength, moreover, is capable of being disposed integrally without removing the fabric. CONSTITUTION:The manufacture of a hollow structural body is characterized in that a fabric 13 is arranged on the surfaces of the cavities 12a,12b of split molds 11a, 11b. Next, a parison 15 is situated between the split molds 11a, 11b. Pressurized fluidity is introduced into the parison after cramping the split molds 11a, 11b, and then the fabric 13 is bonded on the surface of a molding. The parison 15 is composed of polyolefine having a flexural elastic modulus of 5000kg/cm<2> or more. The fabric 13 is a woven fabric or a knitted fabric comprising an extra-high strength fibrous member having a strength of 10g/d or above and an elastic modulus of 800g/d or more obtained through a high orientation treatment of polyethylene. |
