PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a forged hologram which imitates only the appearance comes to market because an image forming body which has only a hidden pattern needs a separate check means or that a check pattern which makes the hidden pattern of the hologram of the authentic article visible also on the forged hologram becomes rampant. SOLUTION: An authenticity discrimination part 3 is composed of a stack of a pattern part 5 and a hologram part 6, one of which having the hidden pattern and the other having the check pattern. Alternatively, a structure is adopted in which the hologram part 6 is interposed between first and second patterns 5a and 5b, one of which having the hidden pattern and the other having the check pattern. If necessary, the authenticity discrimination part 3 is applied to a substrate 2 through an adhesive layer 4 provided on the rear surface to constitute an authenticity discrimination body 1.
