<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a place designation charging system capable of charging corresponding to a place to a user being at a designated place among moving unspecified users. SOLUTION: The system is provided with ID tags arranged on a floor at prescribed intervals, ID readers for receiving ID data from the ID tags, an ID data processing means for converting a mapping table for coordinating the ID data and a spatial position on the floor, a charging area and user information, a charging information database for storing charging information corresponding to a prescribed condition, a charging information processing means for inputting the position information of each user obtained by the ID data processing to identify the user, fetching corresponding charging information by referring to charging information data to transmit it to the user, and a charging processing means for receiving charging information toward the user to perform a prescribed charge processing.</p> |
