<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven fluid pressure type disk brake capable of separating a brake lining from a pressed state to a brake disk with a suffi cient stroke, dispensing with a gap adjustment, easily performing a torque adjustment, having good maintainability, expanding the exposure area of the brake disk, having a good heat radiating property and a sufficient allowable braking work quantity, and adaptable to a high-frequency and high-load use. SOLUTION: When an impeller 28 is rotated by a motor 20, a fluid pressure is applied to a piston rod side chamber 27 of a fluid pressure cylinder 23, a piston 22 is driven in the separating direction from a brake disk 7 against the exciting force of an elastic member 26, and the brake disk 7 is released.</p> |
