PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gas based fire extinguishing equipment which can effectively discharge a fire extinguishing agent gas into a section subjected to the extinguishing of fires while installing the gas based fire extinguishing equipment without spoiling the atmospheres of display rooms in the display rooms of art museums, museums, data houses or the like and moreover, eliminates the need for the installing space of the gas based fire extinguishing equipment in substance. SOLUTION: Component members such as a container 31 of a fire extinguishing agent gas and piping 33 of the gas based fire extinguishing equipment 3 are designed to match the atmospheres of display rooms of the art museums, museums or data houses thereby making them as a part of displays.
