PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone betting technology for realizing telephone betting by a simple procedure in a totalizator system. SOLUTION: At a terminal side, a fan is allowed to input funds for purchasing betting, and to input a telephone number and a password, and at a telephone betting device side, a virtual account having the telephone number and the password is opened, and the sum of the received money is recorded. Then, when a betting request is issued from the telephone set having the telephone number, whether or not the virtual account corresponding to the telephone number obtained by a telephone number information service and the password notified in the betting request is opened is judged, and when the virtual account is opened, betting is accepted within the range of the sum of the funds for purchasing betting recorded in the virtual account, and the sum of the refunds for purchasing bettings is changed according to the betting result. Then, when a refund request is issued from the terminal side, the refund is executed within the range of the sum of the funds for purchasing betting recorded in the virtual account. |
