<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance efficiency of a surface treatment of a recovered phosphor and to inhibit formation of an unnecessary crystal. SOLUTION: The apparatus for a recycling treatment of a phosphor comprises a tank 4 for storing a mixed liquid 47 of a red phosphor recovered after coated on the inner surface of a panel for a color cathode ray tube with an aqueous solution of zinc sulfate, a stirring means 6 for stirring the mixed liquid stored in the tank 4 and an ammonia water-supplying means 8 for supplying ammonia water to the tank 4, and is constituted so that it effects a surface treatment for causing zinc hydroxide to adhere to the surface of a phosphor particle. The ammonia water-supplying means 8 is provided with a nozzle 24 for supplying ammonia water to the mixed liquid from above the liquid surface of the mixed liquid 47 and an air-supplying means 26 for supplying a high pressure air to the nozzle, and is constituted so that ammonia water is sprayed from the nozzle 24 onto the mixed liquid 47. Thus, ammonia is uniformly mixed quickly.</p> |
