PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically rotating and transferring a gas pipe is provided to improve the reliability and workability of an automatic coating process. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for automatically rotating and transferring a concrete pipe in order to coat the circumference of a gas pipe(2) with concrete or mortar uniformly comprises: a carrier(12) installed with a caster(13) on the bottom surface to be moved at the front side of a coating machine; a driving shaft(14) installed along a longitudinal direction on the top surface of the carrier to support the one side of the gas pipe and a plurality of driving rollers(15) installed on the driving shaft; a guide shaft(17) installed on the carrier in parallel to the driving shaft and the driving rollers to support the other side of the gas pipe and a plurality of guide rollers(18) installed on the guide shaft; and a rotating motor(16) connected to the driving shaft to forcibly rotate the driving rollers.
