PURPOSE: A method for purifying waste oil is provided to improve the purity of the purified waste oil and to reduce the manufacturing time by employing the dual purification process. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing waste oil(pig lard) with 0.05 L of montmorillonite and 0.05 L of active carbon based on 1 L of the waste oil; putting the mixture into a bottle of 10-20 L and activating it for about 2 hours; cooling the activated mixture below 60 deg.C; and filtering the cooled mixture with a pulp filter(102) of a purifier(101) by force to purify it. |
