PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow to select a transmitting mode correspondingly to the performance and the request of the reception terminal of a dynamic image data transmitting system when distributing a dynamic image data comprising a plurality of objects. SOLUTION: In the dynamic image data transmitting system and method for transmitting a dynamic image data comprising a plurality of objects, there are included a step of accumulating the plurality of objects (dynamic image data 1-4) for each object, a step of coding the respective accumulated objects every one of them to generate coded object data, a step of synthesizing the respective accumulated objects to generate a dynamic image data, a step of coding the synthesized dynamic image data to generate a coded dynamic image data, and a step for transmitting selectively the coded object data and the coded dynamic image data. |
