PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system enabling a driver on a road to run from now accurately and effectively to perceive his/her physiological state and precisely avoid the risk, to provide an information providing method, an information providing program, a server device in the information providing system and a terminal device in the information providing system. SOLUTION: The organism information on the driver is obtained by an organism information obtaining means, and the road information in a designated section in the advancing direction of a vehicle is analyzed by a road load amount calculating means to calculate the road load amount. The organism information obtained by an driver state estimating means and the calculated road load amount are used to estimate the driver's physiological state in a designated section in the advancing direction of the vehicle. Thus, the driver's physiological information and the road load amount of the road are used to more accurately estimate the driver's physiological state on the road to run from now. Accordingly, the estimated physiological state can be perceived by the driver so as to precisely avoid the risk.
