PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil smoothing method for a mixing valve capable of smoothing oil by mixing oil and low speed air streams and mixing the mixed oil and low speed air streams with high speed air streams to certainly mix the oil and air. SOLUTION: The air supplied to a mixing chamber 50 is devided into high speed air streams and low speed air streams on this side of the mixing chamber 50 for mixing the oil and air and the first mixing of the oil and air is performed at the part of the low speed air streams. After resistance is applied to the mixed streams in a spiral flow resistance part 49, the mixed low speed oil/air is mixed with the high speed air streams in the mixing chamber 50 to perform second mixing and the oil is certainly mixed with air to smooth the oil.
