PURPOSE: A system and a method for an AD(Advertisement) based on the Internet are provided to enable an advertiser to output own AD on the Internet without cost by offering the advertising product to the customer who contacts with the AD. CONSTITUTION: The product to be advertised is provided from the advertiser. The information for the advertising product is inserted into a program according to a request of the advertiser. The members obtain a point through the program provided from an AD web server(510). The members request the product corresponding to the point(530). The product is offered to all members or some members through drawing or free competition.
