PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cleaner capable of positively urging the secretion of a useful component from ceramic particles in the water purifier. SOLUTION: Ceramic particles 3 are rotated in a plurality of pipes 2, which are provided to the region in the up and down direction of the water cleaner 1 for filtering rising water, by water injected in the pipes or ceramic particles 3 are circulated in the pipe making a round horizontally or obliquely in the water purifier by the rotation and revolution due to the clockwise or counterclockwise movement of water in the pipe to positively accelerate the secretion of the useful component. The ceramic particles 3 housed in the pipes 2 are raised upwardly by the water injected from the lower parts of the pipes 2 and, since the center direction of pressure force due to the injected water is shifted from the position of the center of gravity 31 of the ceramic particles 3 under the ceramic particles 3, the ceramic particles 3 receive moment of rotation and performs rotary motion due to rotation in the pipes 2 as a result.
