PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor type automatic rice milling machine in which a constitution that an unpolished rice throwing port is disposed at an upper part of a stone removing machine is adopted, an obstruction to a passenger can be inhibited to the minimum while a placement base can be provided and a throwing of the unpolished rice can be conveniently carried out and which is easily installed in a city. SOLUTION: In the automatic rice milling machine in which the unpolished rice throwing port 6 is provided at an upper part of the stone removing machine 2, the placement base 4 on which a container X filled with the unpolished rice to be treated is placed is ascended/descended between a lower position L for placement where a user places an unpolished rice accommodation container X and a higher position H for throwing where the unpolished rice is thrown to an unpolished rice throwing port 6. Thereby, even in the case where the user is not tall and has a weak force, the user can easily place the container X filled with the unpolished rice on the placement base 4 and can easily throw the unpolished rice to the unpolished rice throwing port 6.
