SOLUTION: The method includes a step S2 of calculating a weighted integral value for spectrum image data, a step S3 of calculating an integral value dispersion matrix on the basis of the weighted integral value, and a step S5 of finding a main component in the spectrum image data from the integral value dispersion matrix.</p> |
