<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process monitoring controller recording a history of continuous varying operation of a set value using an up/down key and capable carrying out highly accurate analysis in fault analysis or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A signal of an inching operation instructing fine variation of the set value by an operator from a keyboard 1-2 is stored in a data storing memory 1-18 via an input taking in part 1-5, an input determining part 1-6, a setting operation data preparing part 1-7, a set value sending part 1-13 and a set value receiving part 1-16. A process signal from a process 1-23 is supplied to an interface 1-22, a taking in part 1-19, and a calculating part 1-20, and a calculation result is stored in the data storing part 1-18. Set values stored in the storing part 1-18 are reread by a data preparing/sending part 1-7 via a sending part 1-17 and receiving part 1-14, and they are sequentially stored in a memory 1-8. When the inching operation by the operator is finished, a series of inching operation data is read from the memory 1-8, and it is written in a setting operation log recording part 1-4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
