<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a profit by sharply reducing a series of costs for request- collection on price settlement unrelated to the profit, and largely shortening a price collecting period. <P>SOLUTION: A seller A confirms the subject of a purchaser P1 by checking up order data with one's own database AD to an order including a price designating settlement day of a commodity or service by purchasers P1, P2, etc., and sends transaction data with the purchaser P1 for regulating the transaction content to a financial institution X by a communication means. The financial institution X receiving the data confirms paying capacity of the purchaser P1 on the basis of the transaction data sent from a seller A, and returns authentication data for authenticating that the purchaser P1 can settle to the seller A after confirming the paying capacity of the purchaser. The seller A receiving the authentication data provides the commodity or the service for the purchaser P1.
