DIAGNOSTIC METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR ELECTROPNEUMATIC CONVERTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Diagnostic method and apparatus for an electropneumatic converter, capable of easily making diagnosis and being not influenced by characteristic changes triggered by analysis, or by cleaning or the like by users.

SOLUTION: Response characteristics and precision level are measured so that a throttle and control relay capable of performing analysis and cleaning on the user side are replaced with substitutes having standard characteristics, and the degree of deterioration is diagnosed therein. Diagnosis of only an electropneumatic pressure converter body can be carried out easily.
