摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the exhaust air emission deteriorated by a fuel running out of a fuel injection valve in the later half of the expansion process in an internal combustion engine injecting the fuel into an air cylinder in the compression process.

SOLUTION: In the internal combustion engine injecting the fuel into the air cylinder in the compression process by the fuel injection valve 1, part of the burned gas inside the air cylinder including the fuel having flowed out of the fuel injection valve 1 in the expansion process is returned to an engine intake system 4.
