<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably take out electronic parts. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a conveying means 6 for conveying a taping member 9 in one direction, and a peeling-off part 5 for peeling off a cover tape 4 from a carrier tape 1 of the taping member 9. With this arrangement, when the cover tape 4 is peeled off, a tension load is applied to the cover tape 4 from a direction perpendicular to a conveying direction of the taping member 9 to peel off the cover tape 4 in a direction 45° with respect to the conveying direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
