A clamp comprises a U-shaped body 1 having means for gripping a rod within the U, wherein the body is an extruded section formed with at least one rectangular channel 3 in its outer surface of a width equal to the extruded length of the section whereof such sections may be interengaged at right angles. As shown, in which the clamp body is of extruded P.V.C. material, holes 4, 5 are provided for a clamping pin 8 by which a rod is clamped between the limbs of the U. In use, two such clamps are interengaged at their channels 3, Fig. 4, (not shown) and may be permanently connected by adhesive, or a single clamp may be interengaged with a projection on a base plate. |
