PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic sheet having bending rule constituted so as to obtain bending characteristics and flexibility, to suppress the generation of warpage, undulation or the like and to mechanically bend the sheet, and a rule blade therefor. SOLUTION: A bending rule 2 provided at the bending part of a plastic sheet 1 is constituted so that shallow groove parts 3 are longitudinally formed to the bending rule 2 along the bottom surface part 2b thereof at a predetermined interval and a large number of groove parts 4 deeper than the shallow groove parts 3 are longitudinally formed along the bottom surface part 2b between the shallow groove parts 3 and 3. The rule blade 6 for the plastic sheet to be provided with the bending rule 2 is constituted so that blade parts 7 shallow in thrust quantity are longitudinally formed along the top surface part 6b of the rule blade 6 at a predetermined interval and a large number of blade part 8 deeper than the shallow blade parts 7 in thrust quantity are longitudinally formed along the top surface part 6b between the shallow blade parts 7 and 7.
