PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super water-repellent sheet which has super water- repellency, good flexibility and strong folding resistance at a working time obtained by simple steps and to provide a super water-repellent which has super water-repellency for forming the sheet. SOLUTION: The super water-repellent sheet comprises a hard coating film formed by fusion bonding a dried material of an emulsion of an organic material having hydrophilic inorganic particles and an organic material having a smaller particle size than the inorganic particles, a mean particle size of 0.01 to 1μm and a glass transition temperature of -30 to -50°C, on a surface of a flexible film base.
