PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incombustible sheet material which is suitable for a building material or particularly for a film material or the like and which has very high fireproofness and smokeproofness. SOLUTION: The incombustible sheet material comprises a base which has a total heat quantity for 20 min after heating is started of 8 MJ/m<SP>2</SP>or less and does not exceed 200 kW/m<SP>2</SP>at a highest heating speed continued for 20 min after the start of heating for 10 s or more and which has a resin layer provided on at least one side surface of a glass fiber woven fabric so that warps and wefts of the woven fabric are in total density 59 pieces/25 mm or more, the numbers of twists of the warps and wefts are four times/25 mm or less, and air permeability of the woven fabric is 7 cm<SP>3</SP>×cm<SP>-2</SP>×s<SP>-1</SP>or less.
