<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform full automatic rice cooking utilizing the structure and function of an electric rice cooker by starting actual rice cooking by rice cooking starting operation from feeding of raw rice and water by means of a single and small apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: Wash-free raw rice is housed previously in a housing part attached to an electric rice-cooking part 1. According to a full automatic rice-cooking previously set by rice cooking starting operation, a raw rice carrying means and a water feeding means attached to the electric rice-cooking part are made to operate. With moving of the wash-free raw rice in the housing part by a prescribed amount to the rice cooking part by the raw rice carrying means, water is fed by the water feeding means from a water feeding source attached to the electric rice-cooking part or an external water-feeding source. Thereafter, the rice-cooking part is made to be operated by a rice cooking mode for cooking rice. After finishing cooking the rice, the apparatus comes into standby state as it is or by shifting to warming according to setting. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
