FIELD: mechanical engineering; flanged joints of machines; couplings for shafts of electric drives and pipe line fittings. SUBSTANCE: flanges of proposed flanged joint unit have profiled holes for fasteners, such as bolt-nut. Each flange has at least four holes. Width of all holes of one flange in radial direction is equal to width "d" of bolts and their length in tangential direction exceeds "d" by maximum permissible tolerances which are determined on basis of dimensions of flanges, location of holes in them, properties of material and permissible shear stress for material of bolts. Invention gives mathematical dependence of parameters of flanged unit. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of joint at minimum dimensions of flanges and fasteners due to fit of bolts without stress. 6 dwg |
