<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nutrition analyzing system, a nutrition analyzing program and a nutrition analyzing method for providing the nutrition analytic information of foodstuff classification to be purchased to a consumer, and for presenting additional foodstuff or the like for fulfilling proper nutrition as necessary. <P>SOLUTION: A retail store 2, an information analyzing company 4, manufacturing companies A, B and C are communicatively connected through a network 11. The retial store 2 is provided with a POS system 3, and the respective manufacturing companies are provided with terminals for inputting data. Data associated with merchandise are previously transmitted and stored from the respective manufacturing companies to an information analyzing company 4. When the customer 1 brings merchandise to the cash registration of the retail store 2, the data concerning the foodstuff classifications in the merchandise are transmitted to the information analyzing company 4 so that nutrition analysis can be carried out, and the result data are transmitted to the retail store 2, and the nutrition analytic result or the like is provided to the consumer 1 in real time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
