METHOD FOR FORMING PATTERNS BY PRINTING PROCESS

PURPOSE: A method for forming patterns by a printing process is provided to exactly form desired patterns by using a micro-contact printing method that uses an SAM(Self Assembled Monolayer) material while forming fine patterns such as a contact hole, thereby preventing an inferior driving of an LCD element. CONSTITUTION: While forming a passivation contact hole of an LCD element, a substrate(300) is prepared. A passivation layer(305) is disposed on the substrate(300). An SAM layer(310) is deposited on the substrate(300). A master(320) having a partial convex portion(320a) is prepared. Until the convex portion(320a) of the master(320) is connected to the substrate(300), a pressure is applied. The master(320) is separated from the substrate(300).
