<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct retrial processing, according to the permissible quantity of a communication channel prepared by a reply information receiving device. <P>SOLUTION: In a case of broadcasting image and voice data, a broadcasting device 140 broadcasts the data together with retrieval information, according to the permissible quantity of the communication channel between each communication receiver and the reply information receiving device 150. Each television receiver performs a display, based on the received digital data. The reply information entered by an operator is transmitted to the reply information receiving device 150. Each television receiver retries transmission, based on the received retrial information, when there is no communication established with the reply information receiving device 150.
