PURPOSE: An outer port pressure is maintained evenly regardless of an inner port pressure, thereby improving stability and reliability. CONSTITUTION: A valve body(1) is composed of an air passage(5) and a pressing space(10). A first and second opening(21,22) is formed to the valve body. A first plug(2) is connected to the first opening detachably. A first spring(4) is installed inside of the first plug. A spool(6) is installed with the valve body to open/close the air passage. A bellows assembly(8) is formed with a vent hole to connect the pressing space to outer air.
