<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic diagnostic system which can easily receive financial plan diagnosis. <P>SOLUTION: A user's terminal 1 and an automatic diagnostic server 2 are connected to each other via the Internet 3. The automatic diagnostic server 2 comprises a user information accepting means 11 which accepts user information 4, a user information file 12 which stores the user information 4 therein, a knowledge base information file 14 which stores knowledge base information therein, a knowledge information inputting means 13 which inputs the knowledge base information, an automatic diagnostic processing means 15 which performs automatic diagnosis of the user information 4 , a written proposal outputting means 16 which outputs the diagnostic result as a written proposal 5, and a written proposal file 17 which stores the output written proposal 5 therein.
