<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote control device, and a mobile terminal including this device, for improving security of a smarty entry system. <P>SOLUTION: This mobile terminal has a remote control means for transmitting a signal for indicating proper identification information to a vehicle, when receiving the signal for indicating a request for identification information from the vehicle; and has a radiocommunication means for performing radiocommunication with an external network, and an operation possibility control means for controlling the possibility of operation of the remote control means in response to a monitoring result, by monitoring operation or a state of the radiocommunication means. Or the remote control device has the remote control means for transmitting the signal for indicating the proper identification information to the vehicle, when receiving the signal for indicating a request for the identification information from the vehicle; and has a communication means for communicating with a communication terminal for performing radiocommunication with the external network, and the operation possibility control means for controlling the possibility of operation of the remote control means in response to a monitoring result, by monitoring operation or a state of the communication terminal by using the communication means; and is used together with the communication terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
