PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the efficiency of a clinical trial and to increase the reliability of a clinical trial result.

SOLUTION: The clinical trial includes steps of: reading the examinee information of a clinical trial procedure and the information of clinical trial action (e.g. dosing with a capsule A) out of an examinee IC card 10 that an examinee carries; reading dosage information out of an IC tag 21 attached to a medicine (capsule A) that the examinee should be dosed with; and registering the examinee information and dosage information in a clinical trial information database 64 through a wireless terminal 40 and a network 50.
