SPREADING CODE ASSIGNMENT METHOD, RADIO BASE STATION, AND MOBILE STATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spreading code assignment method, a radio base station and a mobile station in a mobile communication system that allows a radio base station to autonomously and optimally set an original scramble code of the radio base station.

SOLUTION: The spreading code assignment method includes the steps of: creating a collection packet for collecting original information used to set an identifier of a radio base station installed around a present station; broadcasting the collection packet to the other radio base station via a network; receiving a response packet that responds to the collection packet, from the other radio base station; extracting original information of the other radio base station inserted in the received response packet; storing the extracted original information; and setting the identifier on the basis of the extracted original information.
