摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a synchronization rectification type switching control circuit which can shorten a dead time. <P>SOLUTION: When a sensor 101 detects that an output potential becomes higher than a VDD-Va, a signal "H" from the sensor 101 is inputted to the second input terminal of a NOR circuit 103, a signal "L" from the NOR circuit 103 is inputted to the second input terminal of the NOR circuit 3, and a signal "H" from the NOR circuit 3 is inputted to a gate drive circuit 107. Thus, a PMOS1 is turned on. Moreover, when a sensor 201 detects that the output potential becomes lower than a GND+Vb, a signal "L" from a sensor 201 is inputted to the first input terminal of a NAND circuit 203, a signal "H" from a NAND circuit 203 is inputted to the second input terminal of a NAND circuit 4, and a signal "L" from the NAND circuit 4 is inputtd to a gate drive circuit 207.
