<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent substrate coated with a laminated film having a heat mirror function with a high transmittance in a visible region and a high reflectivity in an infrared region and a photocatalytic function of decomposing harmful substances and preventing stains and fogging, having weathering resistance, usable for a window in form of a single plate, and capable of exhibiting the photocatalytic function even if light is radiated from the opposite side to the substrate face coated with the laminated film and to provide a production method of the substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A dielectric layer, a metal layer, and a dielectric layer with desired thickness overlie the surface of a transparent substrate of glass or the like in this order. The metal layer has a heat beam reflecting property and the innermost and outermost dielectric layers have reflection prevention property in a visible region and the outermost dielectric layer has a photocatalytic function and further the innermost dielectric layer has a higher energy gap than that of the outermost dielectric layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
