<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person to know in what place of which storage medium an intended file is recorded, in browsing of construction work computerized documents formed in accordance with specifications of "electronic delivery of work completion drawing" formation and presentation of which are requested in public works tender or the like by the national government, local prefectural governments or local authorities, even if they are stored over a plurality of data storage mediums such as CD-ROM, only by opening one storage medium to open a list therefrom, and to easily browse an intended document by performing replacement with another storage medium according to an instruction. <P>SOLUTION: This method takes measures to associate all case data so that they can be list-displayed and retrieved and browsed without needing special browsing equipment or exclusive software, even if they are stored in a plurality of data storage mediums such as CD-ROM, by independently adding a record information management file having a so-called index function for the whole data to each medium, and forming the record information management file in a file format generally and normally used on personal computers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
