<p>Continuous weight determination of the amount of thread produced on thread-making machines and registering of the performance of thread-making and processing machines uses a screening mechanism at each of a number of working stations. There are associated with a step-by-step switching mechanism which switches them on in rotation at intervals, to scan the working stations, each scanning signal controlling a gate switch via a trigger stage. The impulses are fed to an electromagnetic counting device and are devided by a divisor calculated from thread finess, thread length per impulse and the number of working stations to be scanned.</p> |
