The tubing which is welded or stuck to the underneath side of the sheet along one transverse side and two lengthwise sides, is made of polyvinyl chloride or other elastic material. In the middle of the transverse side of the tubing is a connection which connects the tubing by means of a water-filled cylinder and valve to a pump. The sheet is wound on a hand- or motor-operated reel. The flat tubing on the sides of the sheet runs through a pair of rollers. An air-filled elastic tube is welded or stuck on the transverse side of the sheet top. A valve enables the water contained in the tubing to flow into the pool, when the sheet is wound up.
