High temperature water pump - with operating parts coated with hard anodized aluminium

Water pump suitable for high temp. water consists of a housing receiving a rotor made from hard anodised aluminium. The surfaces acting together with the rotor such as the control surface, the running surface and the housing cover surface are coated with hard anodised layer. The radial play of the rotor has a maximum of 7% of the rotor diameter and the axial play being between 13 and 18% of it's width. Between the rotor and sealing ring of the shaft is a relief chamber which is connected to suction side of the pump. The two sealing rings arranged between rotor and ball bearing work in opposite direction.
